Decent products, slow update

Level 3 offers more fluid resistance and barrier protection. If you're in a high-splash environment, it's worth it. For everyday use, Level 2 is usually fine.

Level 3 is basically the highest protection for surgical masks. Depends on what you're doing. If it's just general patient care, Level 2 is solid. More invasive stuff, maybe bump up.

AFAIK, their policy says most offers can't be combined with other deals, especially volume pricing. Free shipping over $99 is automatic though, if you hit it.

They're a New Jersey company, so it makes sense. I think the surgical masks are definitely made here, not sure about every single item though, but the main PPE is.
